Our client a major Aerospace & Defense Company is seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our Manufacturing Support Team on a part-time basis.

- Must be currently enrolled in Bachelors / Masters program
- Ability to work up to 20 hours a week
- Highly Flexible work schedule; School First!
Responsibilities:

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to manufacturing production systems.
Document and track incidents, problems, and resolutions using our ticketing system.
Participate in regular system maintenance activities, including updates and patches.
Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT support processes and practices.



Preferred Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
Ability to work from various sites around DFW
Good time management and prioritization skills
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and databases)
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and some basic scripting skills
