Our HCS services include technology assessment, performance improvement/operational turnarounds, cost optimization, M&A services, finance operations, and interim management:

• Technology Assessment: Support the review and analysis of platform, data and system architectures, related applications/products, integrations, infrastructure, processes, data, security, and IT teams.
• Performance Improvement/Operational Turnaround: Assess businesses and identify key areas impeding performance quickly and effectively.
• Cost Optimization: Identify high-impact opportunities for EBITDA and cash flow improvements across the entire cost structure.
• M&A Services: Support companies throughout the M&A lifecycle, including operational/synergy due diligence and integration planning.
• Finance Operations: Drive improvement to clients' finance operations.
• Interim Management: Step into interim roles to drive change while a full-time replacement is being recruited.What will you be doing?As a Senior Associate you will be working closely with healthcare clients on a range of complex assignments, many of which require critical technology considerations. Responsibilities may include:
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce cost structure by redesigning technology and operations org structures.
  • Optimizing overall technology stack to drive improvements.
  • Developing IT synergy models and executing integrations post-deal.
  • Providing guidance to manage a client through crisis.
  • Developing operational data analysis to track and drive change.
  • Leading various work streams within a project.
  • Preparing client-ready deliverables and presentations.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior staff.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives.Who are we looking for?
    • A minimum of seven (7) years of prior work experience in healthcare, consulting or healthcare industry.
    • Experience in acquisition, integration and transformation from an IT deal perspective.
    • Experience in one or more industry-leading Clinical Application domains.
    • Advanced analytics and reporting skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written skills.
    • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
