Clinical Research Manager Job DescriptionChildren's Health (Dallas) is seeking a skilled Clinical Research Manager to oversee the implementation of clinical research projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and clinical nursing, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct the implementation of clinical research projects in compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
• Supervise a team of clinical research nurses and serve as a resource to external CRNs.
• Ensure high-quality research, customer service excellence, and fiscal responsibility.
• Collaborate with Research Administration leaders and Principal Investigators to achieve research goals.Requirements:
  • Current licensure in the state of Texas as an RN.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
  • PACES certification within 180 days.
  • CCRC, CCRP, or CRN certification within 1 year.
