Location: 1400 Eighth Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76104

Job Type: Permanent / FTE

Schedule: 5 days a week // 40hrs

Timing: 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM // 8 HR Days

Client: Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center



Requirements:

Need a minimum of 2 years of experience in RN specialized in Supervising and 1 year of experience in Day Surgery.
Getting patients ready for their surgery/procedure (IR), need excellent IV skills, patient teaching/education, providing patients and family with pre/post op instructions, working well in high stress and fast paced environment, self-motivated during low census, flexible with availability and assignments.
Daily flow is dependent on OR schedule and hours may vary based on surgery and schedule census.



Certificate/ Licensure:

Registered Nurse BLS - Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire), PALS- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)

Day Surgery Patient Population: Preoperative and Post Anesthesia Phase II Discharge Patient Ratios: Pre-op and post-op 1:1, Phase II 1:3 Number of Beds: 27 beds Department Specifics.
