Job Description:
A company is looking for an M&A Attorney (Remote / Full Time
In-House Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Support active M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, and
divestitures
Draft and negotiate complex M&A and corporate documents
Provide legal counsel on domestic and cross-border transactions and
corporate governance matters
Required Qualifications
8+ years of M&A and corporate transactional experience at a top
U.S. law firm or sophisticated M&A boutique firm
Experience with cross-border deals and related legal issues,
including antitrust and foreign direct investment analysis
Significant experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of
corporate and commercial agreements
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law
school
Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence (or
eligible for in-house exemption)
