Location:Child Study CenterDepartment:Autism ServicesShift:First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:The Behavior Technician (Program Specialist I ABA) assumes the primary caretaker role for patients in Child Study Center ABA programs (Behavior Disorders Clinic and Autism Services) which includes delivering therapy protocols, maintaining a safe environment, and the management of harmful behaviors. The Program Specialist I also participates in data collection, training, and team collaboration. Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm Education/Experience:

  • High school Diploma.
  • Experience in ABA therapy or Special Education is strongly preferred.
  • Pediatric experience preferred. Licensure/Certification:
    • Heartsaver CPR and CSC SCM training must be completed within 60 days of start date.
    • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required within 90 days of start date (training and fees provided by the department) .
