Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Medicare Sales Operations
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Execute annual agent certification training and oversee training
content and audit deliverables
Provide guidance on Field Marketing Organization (FMO) assessment
protocols and ensure compliance with contract obligations
Oversee sales/marketing incident management and perform content
material review prior to CMS filing
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management,
Marketing, or related field
5 years of experience in Medicare sales compliance or government
health insurance programs
Ohio Department of Insurance Accident and Health Insurance license
(to be obtained within 4 months of hire)
Certification in Medicare Advantage products (to be obtained within
30 days post state licensure)
AHIP or Gorman Health Group's CMS Training Certification (or
ability to obtain within one month)
